Ross Finnie

ROSS FINNIE is a professor at the University of Ottawa in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Prior to that he held positions at Laval, Carleton and Queen’s Universities. He is also the director of the Education Policy Research Initiative, as well as a research fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute and the European IZA Institute of Labour Economics. His work has covered numerous aspects of postsecondary education and the student experience.
