Bruce Winer

BRUCE WINER has both studied and worked at Carleton University for enough years to make him a familiar fixture around the campus. He has an MA (economics) from Carleton and has worked in various capacities on the academic and administrative sides of the university. Living much of his life in Ottawa, Bruce also has some experience in the federal public service with the Department of Public Works.
