Kelly Gallagher-Mackay

KELLY GALLAGHER-MACKAY is a professor in the law and society program at Wilfrid Laurier University. A lawyer with a PhD in educational theory and policy, she is the former research director at People for Education and a co-founder and northern director of Akitsiraq Law School in Iqaluit, NU. In 2017, Kelly published two books on K–12 schooling: Pushing the Limits (Doubleday) and Succeeding Together (UTP).
